कर्पूरगौरं करुणावतारं, संसारसारम् भुजगेन्द्रहारम् ।
सदावसन्तं हृदयारविन्दे, भवं भवानीसहितं नमामि ॥ 

Karpūragauraṁ karuṇāvatāraṁ sansārsāram bhujagendrahāram |

Sadāvasantaṁ hṛdayāravinde bhavaṁ bhavānīsahitaṁ namāmi ||

This mantra is praised by Shiva. Its meaning is as follows:

karpūragauraṁ - Lord Shiva who is pure as camphor.

karuṇāvatāraṁ - The person whose personality is the embodiment of compassion and who is the incarnation of compassion.

sansārsāram - that which is the essence of the whole creation.

bhujagendrahāram - The one with the serpent king as his garland.

sadāvasantaṁ hṛdayāravinde - Hridaya aravinde means 'in the heart' (pure in form of lotus). Lotus, however, is born in dirty water, even the mud around it has no effect on it. In the same way, Lord Shiva always (always) lives (spring) in the heart of creatures, so that no one is affected by world affairs.

bhavaṁ - To the God

bhavānīsahitaṁ namāmi - in the form of Goddess Bhavani, I bow to Parvati and Shiva.

The full meaning of the mantra: The one who is pure like camphor, whose personality is the embodiment of compassion. Those who are the essence of the entire creation and the one with the serpent king as his garland., reside in the heart, including Lord, Shiva, and Mata Bhavani, whose type is Kamal in the mud and I bow you.
